It’s easy to get bogged down in the small stuff. Those emails that seem to never end. It’s those administrative requests like paperwork filing, employee questions and business leaders. It’s that small stuff we keep sweating and chatbots can help drive productivity allowing us to focus on the more strategic efforts by still providing a level of service that our employees and business partners expect.
